Terms and Conditions
1. Although we monitor the content on our site and we aim to provide the client with job preparation assistance, we make no guarantees that the information on this site or the documents provided to the client will help the client secure a job or a job interview.
2. All documentation prepared for the client remains the property of Zippy Creative Services until such time as full payment is received. Once payment is received and confirmed, the ownership of the documents prepared is transferred to the client.
3. All Zippy Creative Services printed and electronic Resumes, Cover Letters and Selection Criteria Responses, both in content and design, are for the exclusive use of the client to assist with their own personal job marketing and cannot be altered or reproduced for use by a Third Party.
4. Payment must be made upfront and in full. Draft documents will not be forwarded until such time as payment is made.
